    • $100 Deposit counts towards this

    • Balance due no later than November 13 to participate in the program.

  • Practice 3 days a week

  • Wednesdays either 6:15 - 7:45 pm or 7:45 - 9:15 pm

  • Saturdays either 9:00 - 10:30 am or 10:30 am - 12 pm

    • All sessions to be held at The Lifeline Hub

  • Chocolate Milk Cup* (Ann Arbor) - Dec. 12-14 2025

  • Michiana Futsal Cup (Elkhart) - Jan. 30-Feb. 1 2026

  • Lake Shore Championships* (Grand Rapids) - Feb. 6-8 2026

  • **Coaching staff will determine what teams attend the noted tournaments based on skill level

  • All teams will play in the Michiana Futsal Cup and in at least 1 friendly
